Abstract


This thesis is a detailed study of the preparation conditions for the manufacture of lubricating base oil of the poly-α- olefin , 1 - decene oligomers . Prepared by a new kind of non - homogeneous catalyst Silicagel the-g -ALCL successful synthesis of 1 - decene oligomers , and to solve a conventional catalyst and the product was difficult to separate and the environmental pollution problems . Paper uses NMR, GPC, atomic absorption spectrometry method of catalyst preparation conditions , the ratio and the amount of catalyst , reaction temperature, reaction time oligomerization obtained the oligomerization its product with these factors changes in the law . Experimental results show that : the sintering temperature of the support to the structural influence of the heterogeneous catalyst and the polymerization product significantly, the the recommended sintering temperature is 600 ° C . Load efficiency of the catalyst decreases exponentially with the sintering temperature increased ; low-temperature sintering caused by local concentration of counter ion concentration , unable to get the desired oligomer product . Increase of catalyst and monomer ratio , can improve the conversion rate , but will not affect the oligomerization product degree of polymerization ; different accelerator will have a certain influence on the reaction , use water as the accelerator can be obtained than with methanol as accelerator higher conversion rate and degree of polymerization. The temperature is the main process conditions of the polymerization reaction . As the temperature decreases , the conversion rate and the molecular weight of the oligomerization product were increased, and the polymerization temperature was controlled by changing the molecular weight of the oligomerization product . Strengthen the side effects of high temperature polymerization superimposed rearrangement , lt; WP = 4 gt; Journal of Beijing University of Chemical undermine gathered in the molecular structure of the products . Oligomerization reaction the initial faster reaction rate , and then as the reaction proceeds , the reaction rate is slowed, thus derived kinetic expression of the oligomerization reaction , may be more suitable polymerization time is selected according to the experimental . Within the allowable range , an appropriate increase in the content of the catalyst , the use of water as the promoting agent , the reaction was carried out for about 10 hours in a low - temperature range , high conversion rates can be obtained , and the molecular weight distribution is reasonable .
