With industrial development , the use of oil is increasing , but due to various technical limitations and backward management , a large number of oil into the water , forming pollution . Oily wastewater treatment method a lot, such as a physical law , biological law , but have their own advantages and disadvantages. Choose an economical and simple water treatment technology , more and more people pay attention . The subject to use of the characteristics of the polymer flocculation technology to study the situation of oily waste water treatment , and preliminary research work carried out step coagulation treatment of oily wastewater deep oxidation . At present, domestic and foreign limited research reports using advanced oxidation treatment of oily wastewater , the subject of using this method , designed to provide a reference for future research work . The experiment is divided into two parts , the first part to study the performance of the best coagulant and coagulant aid agents , as well as its parameters to identify and deal with environmental temperature , acidification and other factors on the flocculation effect . The experiment used PCF as a coagulant , the study found that at pH ≥ 8 flocculation effect , there is an optimum concentration and coagulant concentration , flocculation the best . Orthogonal process conditions , the raw water of COD 3260mg / L , chroma 500 , pH 7.2 , suspended solids 2800mg / L, 500ml wastewater after acidification , flocculation , coagulation , sedimentation , filtration , obtained chroma lt ; 50, COD to 98 mg / L . The second part of the depth of oxidation of the oily wastewater treatment . Choice of five kinds of oxidants in the experiment , to study the oxidation treatment of oily wastewater choice of conditions , time of oxidation conditions , and physical indicators , chemical indicators of wastewater , and biochemical indicators of evaluation approach by measuring the pros and cons . Studies have shown that the depth of oxidation processing conditions : raw water PH control in PH 4-8, the oxidation the time ≥ 48h, the amount of oxidant (H2O2) plus : control the raw water COD/H2O2 ( 30 % ) lt ; 200 of H2O2 graded inputs to be slightly higher than the time invested on COD removal efficiency , increase the amount of catalyst (FeSO4 · 7H2O) : Control of H2O2 (30 % ) / of FeSO4 · 7H2O ( 10 %) ≥ 2 . Due to the depth of oxidation treatment of oily wastewater is a relatively new field , there are a lot of further research needs to be carried out and perfect .
