Abstract


Soft rock floor heave mechanism and control has been a problem of mining sciences . This paper combines Gequan mine -190 the southern wing transport Lane engineering actual full analysis of the softening of the surrounding rock , weathering , water swelling , expansion and rheological physical and mechanical properties ; explore the surrounding rock displacement monitoring data the two sides roadway deformation kick drum ; roadway for a wide range of roadway surrounding rock as the object of study, analysis of the factors that caused the floor heave , to investigate the form of kick drum and floor heave process of the roadway ; supporting loose circle theory is used to explain the composition of the kick drum amount calculated by theoretical or empirical formula to estimate the elastic and plastic deformation , rock expansion , water swelling causes the amount of floor heave , the two used to explain the roadway floor mechanical model of the rock peak deformation effect , theoretically analyzed the soft rock creep due to the amount of floor heave , a large number of the roadway to reveal the level kick drum mechanism . The paper pointed out that control the floor heave ways and suitable methods proposed to help corner anchor reinforcement and floor grouting, the the help angle Anchorage for the full-face grouting , bolting and grouting the floor heave three control program ; UDEC numerical simulation software to calculate the original support programs , bare Lane , the help corner anchor reinforcement ( grouting ) , as well as the roadway floor heave amount in the case of the three options , the analysis of the six support state surrounding rock plastic zone and stress distribution compared before and after grouting bolt axial force and the destruction of the original support is not an option to control the floor heave , analysis of the full-face grouting help the corner anchor combine to control the floor heave validity . Support programs successfully applied to the scene , achieved good economic effect , at the same time provide a method similar roadway floor heave control problems .
