Abstract


C5 fraction is a high-value chemical resources , Qilu comprehensive utilization of low level , only to be used as fuel , not only resulted in a waste of resources , and burning two olefin polymerization prone generated the polymer is easy on the equipment caused by congestion, and affect the burning effect , affecting the normal operation of the device . To take full advantage of some of the resources to improve the quality of the fuel , for Qilu C5 fraction separation and comprehensive utilization of in-depth research , identified by screening a the C5 fraction separation device production scale , product solutions and separation processes , and critical parts of the process of dimerization reactor process conditions a small pilot study to find out the influence of the dimerization reaction conversion rate and selectivity of the main factors to determine the best dimerization reaction operation suitable , Qilu C5 materials conditions; dicyclopentadiene product separation section , using the ASPEN PLUS process simulation software design accounting and determine the operating parameters of the main equipment and process conditions for each fractionator ; in the extractive distillation process for separating isoprene the course of the study , thermodynamic mathematical model for C5-DMF system as well as the extractive distillation column model and extractive distillation column and DMF stripper design calculations using this model , the basic conditions for major equipment and operating parameters ; Qilu C5 fraction separation device in the design and operation of the process , the technical difficulties that may be encountered analysis and technical improvements , the ideas and proposals for the construction of two projects at the same time .
