Abstract


In this paper, the TL-01 catalyst , the experimental study of the catalytic oxidation of recovery of low concentration of SO2 in the flue gas sulfur resources of the condensing acid and ammonia injection salt two processes were discussed . First experimental study of the catalytic oxidation stage space velocity , bed temperature , SO2 inlet concentration and O2 concentration parameters on SO2 oxidation efficiency , and to investigate the macroscopic dynamics of the catalytic oxidation process . The results show that the space velocity and temperature of the SO2 oxidation efficiency greater impact . In the condition where the catalyst bed at a space velocity 1500 h-1, the bed , the temperature of the tail were 440 ° C , 430 ° C , 410 ° C , the SO2 inlet concentration of 3000 × 10-6 , and the volume concentration of 10% O2 , SO2 oxidation efficiency of 95.5% , tail gas SO2 concentration is lower than the national emission standards . Then condensing sulfuric acid process hollow tower speed , condenser temperature, reformed gas SO3 concentration and water vapor content of the impact of the parameters on the condensing efficiency and cost of acid concentration . The results show that the greatest impact, the outlet of the condenser temperature , followed by empty tower speed of the condensing efficiency and to the acid concentration . In the condenser empty tower speed of 0.035m / s, and an inlet temperature of 240 ° C , the outlet temperature was 85 ° C , the concentration of the reformed gas SO3 3000 × 10-6 , and the water vapor volume content of 2% , the sulfuric acid vapor condensing efficiency greater than 99.6% , to an acid concentration of 95.9% , lower than the national emission standards for the concentration of sulfuric acid mist in the exhaust . Finally, research by ammonia salt process nNH3/nSO3, reaction temperature, residence time , and the conversion of gas SO3 concentration parameters of the process of spraying ammonia salt . The results show that , nNH3/nSO3 exhaust sulfuric acid mist and NH3 concentration , and basically decided the composition and content of the reaction of salt . In nNH3/nSO3 1.85 , reaction temperature of 70 ° C and the reaction residence time of 4s , and the conversion of gas SO3 concentration 3 000 × 10-6 , exhaust NH3 and sulfuric acid mist concentrations were lower than the national emission standards ; into salt ammonium sulfate, in addition to a small amount of ammonium bisulfate .
