Abstract


Electroless nickel plating can be excellent film , this film do not have the advantage of many plating layer performance reason , electroless nickel plating technology has been rapid development and wide application . But with electroless nickel plating technology development , chemical nickel plating waste water treatment problems have become increasingly prominent , causing widespread concern of scholars at home and abroad . In this paper, the characteristics of electroless nickel plating waste liquid citric acid as the complexing agent typical chemical nickel plating wastewater , both for the study . On one hand, the recovery of precious metals nickel from electroless nickel plating waste liquid dosing bleaching powder for further processing . Experimental results show that the chemical nickel plating wastewater temperature of 80 ° C , a sodium hydroxide dosage of 80, the effluent the remaining nickel ion content of less than 1 was 98% recovery of nickel ions ; the waste liquid after the recovery of nickel ions dosing bleaching powder , liquid waste , the total phosphorus content ( total P ) less than 8 to reach sewage discharged into the city sewer water quality standards ; phosphorus-containing chemical sludge heavy metal content of less than 1.5 , in line with our agricultural sludge contaminants indicators that can be used as agricultural fertilizer , to be properly disposed of . The other hand, starting from the extension of chemical nickel plating solution life point of view , the removal of harmful ingredients in electroless nickel plating wastewater , adding active ingredients to achieve the purpose of purifying renewable chemical nickel plating wastewater . Experimental results show that the room temperature, the chemical nickel plating wastewater passes through the calcium carbonate bed filter , ion exchange column, phosphite , sulfate , sodium ions and other harmful components can be removed , the removal efficiency was 50% , 30% , 60%, and able to remove a small amount of calcium contained in the bath , chemical nickel plating wastewater further purification . According to the purification of the bath ingredients , add a certain percentage of the active ingredient , chemical nickel plating solution re- plating , coating quality analysis results show that the regenerative electroless nickel plating solution to meet reuse requirements . In addition , under the operating conditions of the experiment , the limestone dissolution equilibrium dynamics study . The discussion of the results seen by the kinetic equation , derived limestone dissolution kinetics mathematical model can predict the the limestone dissolution characteristics , there are certain practical significance in the actual operation .
