Abstract


In our cold northern regions , the hydropower traditional ventilation and heating system mainly rely on electric heating and centralized way to send hot air heating . These heating methods with high operating costs , energy - consuming equipment is not easy layout and appearance affect the power station disadvantage . Based on the analysis Gongboxia heating system of the power station , generator put hot air heating program , so as to achieve the realization of savings engineering investment , the purpose of conservation of energy and power plant operating costs . Typically , hydroelectric generating in the process of running , which produces a variety of loss is manifested in the form of heat , the heat discharged to the plant through the air cooler heat exchange , losing heat. The generator heat for the powerhouse heating , energy conservation , reduce powerhouse heating facilities . This measure , however , have to meet the right generator cooling efficiency impact as a precondition. Therefore , in the case does not affect the efficiency of the generator cooling , the transformation the generator ventilation systems , and increase the heating and ventilation facilities is a problem worthy of study . The main work of this paper is as follows : In this paper, the use of network computing , generator internal cooling air flow distribution in different conditions were calculated and analyzed to determine the generator to put the hot air generator cooling efficiency . Using the finite element method analysis of the generator under different operating conditions the generator discharge temperature distribution of the hot air in the plant , to determine the generator put hot air heating for the power station , which operation mode is the optimal heating program . Analysis of the composition of the heating load power station , put the hot air heating program and the traditional use of electric heating is heating methods generator economic comparison . By the above calculation and comprehensive analysis , Gongboxia hydropower generator put hot air heating program is reasonably practicable , is a way to reduce investment , reduce the cost of heating energy conservation program , has a very important practical significance .
