Abstract


With economic development , the chemical industry as a new economic growth point in Shanghai has made great progress . Currently , BP Chemical , Germany BASF , Bayer , Germany , the United States Huntsman , the U.S. gas and chemical multinational and Suez , Vopak , the Netherlands , France, Air Liquide Group , the United States Praxair world famous the utilities corporations have settled in Shanghai Chemical industrial areas , the total investment of the project has been more than eight billion U.S. dollars . SCIP goal is to become Asia's largest and most concentrated , one of the highest level of world-class chemical industrial base . Chemical Industry Park wharf line selection fairways have been built and put into operation with the chemical companies in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park , as well as the construction put on the agenda . This article as part of the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park wharf project navigational safety demonstration complete the following two items : a simulation study in a variety of wind conditions , a large chemical tankers and chemical area required for vessel arrival fairway width ; 2 , in the case of existing waterways and tidal simulation study the relationship between the different operating conditions of a large chemical ships , oil tankers and chemical industrial zone related ship sailing time required and the desired tidal . This article from the use of ship handling simulator real-time simulation of large ship chemicals as well as chemical area about ship arrival and required track width start to learn from at home and abroad to determine the width of the fairway on the basis of Track width determines the width of the fairway is a new attempt , to use Track with probability distribution to determine the width of the fairway . The study showed that the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park preselection fairway width given in accordance with this method is feasible . Finally , in the tidal information from 2000 to 2004 on the basis of the cumulative frequency statistics given by the climax the Approach Channel Shanghai Chemical Industry Park multiply tide -bit value , using ship handling simulator and the water level value voyage lasted verify .
