Abstract


Since 1985 , China has over the airlines have been born, foreign airlines are also competing to enter the Chinese market . After China's accession to the WTO , will further open up the aviation market . The rapid development of global logistics for air cargo has brought new opportunities , but at the same time the air transport market competition is becoming increasingly fierce . To win a new air transport market competition , we must study the new issues of the law of the air cargo market , product design and sales . Author according to the school management and marketing knowledge , years of experience in the air cargo be summed to Air China's sales department in Shenzhen freight for instance , in this article in the transportation of air cargo market segmentation , target market selection and product design , along with teachers and experts . The paper is divided into four parts described and discussed . The first section provides a brief description of the economic characteristics of the air cargo transportation , and introduction of Air China and Air China Cargo Co., Ltd. company background, route network and other simple overview . The second part focuses on the basic principles of air cargo marketing and law . Which the meaning and methods of market segmentation , target market selection , air cargo product concept and design methods are discussed in detail . The third part focuses on the status quo , pattern and characteristics of the Shenzhen region 's air cargo , air cargo trends illustrate its economic development needs of the air cargo and Shenzhen Airport . The fourth part of Air China , Shenzhen business department three typical freight products as the actual case , the product characteristics , product target market , product specific design ideas and processes , and product marketing , third part elaborates further illustrate the basic principle in the specific practical application environment .
