Abstract


ANSYS finite element analysis software tools JQ120 erecting machine 's main beam structure typical operating conditions the strength , stiffness and stability of computer simulation analysis and the results mainly to provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of beam eccentric pulse load transient dynamics analysis ; followed the structure of the main beam , erecting machine structure design should meet the dynamic load factor ; Finally erecting machine bearing member - wheel contact stress and influencing factors for edge stress effect \Based on the analysis of the results of the selected wheel optimal hollowness . The analysis results show that , as long as the effective control of the the wheel hollow , hollow wheel will be better than the solid wheel .
