Abstract


The subject combined with hydraulic drop hammer the highway guardrail piling machine development tasks , the main research to meet the guardrail Shen, functional requirements and energy efficient electrical , the liquid system principles, performance , and relevant parameters on the performance of the whole . Principles of design through structural design , electrical and fluid systems to achieve the basic functions of the piling machine prove after assay and industrial practice . On this basis , the use of the computer hydraulic system simulation software the AMESim simulation research and analysis on the piling machine key performance and operating efficiency , the different lift cylinder (double acting cylinders and single acting cylinders ) , as well as different back oil branch ( installed not installed or used for the rapid return of oil pilot operated check valve ) the speed of the drop hammer back to the oil back pressure , back to the oil flow and other parameters , the design and development of energy-efficient hydraulic drop hammer piling effective system solutions and parameters. The electronic control system to achieve a piling , wham pat , elevation of the automatic control functions to achieve the desired design objectives through industrial experiments prove .
