Abstract


Fieldwork and statistical analysis of Minqing County , Fujian Province , Fujian Green Okabayashi protected areas of the District 's total of seed plants and 581 1029 kinds , rich species diversity , respectively, accounting for 50.43% of the species of seed plants in Fujian Province and 30.82% , respectively . Which has a number of national level , two protected plants and key protected plants in Fujian , single-species belonging to 25 genera , the Chinese endemic genera , 15 genera . Wu Zhengyi division areal type of seed plants in China , the area of seed plants can be divided into 14 areal types . Pan- tropical plants type ingredients , 137 genus and 285 species . Although the area also contains more temperate seed plant ingredients , but obviously tropical plant components dominate. Belong to the area with around 11 East, South flora evergreen broadleaf forest seed flora comparison found that the area has a very close relationship with the province's few major flora , from a broader the scope of the area has the distribution characteristics of the flora of East China . In addition the use of RAPD analysis of genetic diversity of Fujian the Cyclobalanopsis groups of Fujian Green Okabayashi the seven ecological environment with significant differences from the screening of 10 RAPD primers were amplified 76 clear and stable amplified bands , of which 37 polymorphic bands , percentage of polymorphic bands was 48.68% , indicating that the genetic differences between Fujian Cyclobalanopsis groups , according to the genetic distance between each sample size seven plots Fujian the Cyclobalanopsis population is divided into three categories this is consistent with the results of the corresponding analysis of the environmental factors . Population genetic diversity and environmental factors which can show a strong correlation . Also found that the genetic diversity of the differences is the result of the interaction of different environmental factors , which the major environmental impact factor is soil total nitrogen content , organic matter content of soil and altitude, aspect . Even if it is a significant difference of an environmental factor will have a significant impact on genetic diversity , so that this difference is consistent with similar populations genetic variation , the performance is closer genetic distance .
