Sewage outlet to the river is one of the main sources of pollutant into the river. There are too much sanitary sewage and industrial waste water going into the river from the swage outlet, which pollute the river water. As the development of the society, environmental conservation is being more and more recognized. In the meantime, the realignment of sewage outlet to the river is widely carrying on. Demonstration for the arrangement of sewage outlet to the river analyzes the existing sewage outlets, giving suggestion on how to renovate the outlet and limiting the discharge capacity. And, the demonstration also gives suggestion on how to arrange the sewage outlet which is going to be set up. To link the demonstration and total emission control has great significance to control the source of pollutant into the river basically, which is more realistic than concentration control.Recently, the research on total emission control of water environment has already obtained a certain result.It is studied in this paper that the arrangement of sewage outlet to the river in the littoral of medium and small stream. According to water quality model and environmental capacity of water, method of how to do the demonstration for the arrangement of sewage outlet is analyzing, giving suggestion on how to solve the problem when discharge capacity is over proof. The main content concludes that:(1)Giving method of water environmental capacity computing.(2)Put forward the influence of non-point source pollution to the water environment capacity.(3)Analyze the circumstance of only one sewage outlet.(4) Analyze the circumstance of and many sewage outlets.(5)Set up decision-making system for demonstration for the arrangement.
