In order to raise the efficiency of biodegradation of oiliness waste water in the steel and iron cold-rolling mill ,series experiments about screen, purification, domestication of superiority degradation bacterium were carried on.Six bacterial strains were obtained from activated sludge of oilness waste water after series experiments about screen, purification and domestication.These six bacterial strains take the petroleum hydrocarbon as the only carbon source .bacterial strain H1 , which was appraisaled as Pseudomonas sp., was further screened after degradation experiments on these six bacterial strains. The growth characteristic research indicate that the most suitable habitat of H1 is: Temperature 40℃, pH9, inorganic salt volume concentration 2%. Moreover the influence on the strains reduces in turn.The biodegradation condition experiments of oil waste water were took on. Results of tests show that under the operating conditions of pH=7,temperature=30℃~40℃,incubating time=40h,quantity of inoculation=2.0mL bacterium in every 100mL waste water,sprouting factor is necessary,and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is 3:1,the table rotational speed is 160r/min.The efficiency of oil-degradating of bacterium H1 is priority than that of on sale.This proves that bacterium H1 is the high-efficiency oil-degradating bacterium.The results of dynamic research show that H1 follow the Monod dynamic equation.The dynamics equation of degradation is v = 0.13365/(1883+ S).This research has provided the important technical parameter and the effective research techniques to the study of oil waste water.
