This thesis carried on an overview to the analytical test methods of heavy metals ion in recent years, the method of multivariate calibrations of chemometrics was applied to the analysis of multi-component spectrum of heavy metal which were overlapped seriously, and tothe simultaneously determination of their concentrations.The paper is divided into three parts:Part 1This section represented the existence form of heavy metals ion in the nature, characteristics and its poison to human body which introduce heavy metals ion harmed. And it repeated the analytical test methods of heavy metals ion, mostly recommend spectral analysis (including spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, ICP-AAS, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, kinetic photometry) and electrochemical methods (including polargraphy, voltammetry) and so on. The analysis of heavy metals ion depend on the high sophistication instruments and technical allied, this text summarized and prospected the analytical method of heavy metals ion at last. As for the analysis of multi-component heavy metals ion, one of the most valid means was to lead to the technique of multivariate calibration of chemometrics.Part 2In this section, it elaborated the relationship of copper, zinc and manganese with human body health, tallied up their analytical test methods, brief introduction the method of flow injection analysis and its applications of each field in recent years, introduced the principle of chemometrics and the method of multivariate calibration, and adopt flow injection analysis method, chemometrics to learn with 721 spectroph0tometer, simultaneously determined the copper, zinc and manganese in the vitamin, carried out these three kinds of technical of allied use, and the measurement compared to the method of atomic absorption spectrometry, it gives satisfied results.Part 3In this section, it introduced the poison of lead, cadmium and mercury to human body together with the test method to them, and make use of flow injection spectrophotometry, combined with the method of multivariate calibration of chemometrics, carded out simultaneously determination of lead, cadmium and mercury in environment water. These three kinds of poisonous heavy metals ions, which were spiked, recoveries were all between 95% and 105%.The flow injection spectrophotometry combined with the method of multivariate calibration of chemometrics, can simultaneously determine multi-component at non-equilibrium state, carrying out to use the most simple instruments of allied. Applied this method in the analytical test of heavy metals ion and simultaneously determination of other multi-component, can carry out the monitor of environment water, air, food quality and the quality of the forecast, drugs analysis and control, etc. As a result, the method is worthy of expand in the laboratory.
