Abstract


Fuzhou and Xiamen Xiangban from sewage treatment plants screened three oil degrading bacteria were identified were Alcaligenes faecalis (FZ5), food Comamonas acid bacteria (X2) and colorless genus ( 2-2 ) . Which strains FZ5 degradation of the oil works best . Strains FZ5 for liquid nutrient medium and culture conditions optimization tests, strains FZ5 biomass dry weight of up to 2.0 g / L. Adding trace element solution (MgSO 4 · 7H 2 O 5.0mg / L, CuSO 4 · 5H 2 O4.0mg / L, MnSO 4 · H 2 O 4.0mg / L, FeSO 4 · 7H 2 O 1.0mg / L, CaCl 2 · 2H 2 O4.0mg / L) , the temperature 30 ℃, oil concentration 400mg / L, initial pH7.0, shaker speed of 190 r / min, inoculation 4 mL, 250mL shake flask liquid volume 60mL, NaCl 0.9% cultured under 2d, strains FZ5 on oil drop oil was 53.5% . Polyvinyl alcohol , sodium alginate and homemade magnetic iron manganese - charcoal for the preparation of magnetic suspension composite carrier beads immobilized strains FZ5, its oil drop oil rate can reach 91.21% . Against strains FZ5, X2 and 2-2 for single and mixed bacterial culture complex bacteria found strains FZ5 and X2 are mixed on the synergistic effects of oil degradation , while strains and strains FZ5 2-2 and X2 competition exists inhibition. Results also showed that the strain FZ5 oil degrading enzymes are extracellular enzymes , strain FZ5 the oil produced during the degradation of surfactant saccharide , the oil uptake of the model may be in contact with the user- mode and the surfactant -mediated mode combined.
