Abstract


In the thermal process , most objects tend to have a larger thermal inertia and delay , and is a non-linear, unit load object is a typical multi-variable and strongly coupled objects. Therefore, in order to meet the current needs of the development of the electricity market , power generation companies must adopt some advanced and sophisticated control optimization program, which is exactly what will PROFI system advanced control theory and practice of combining a new effective control systems . In this paper, a new coordinated control system PROFI unit were analyzed , according to the Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Power Plant is currently the DCS control strategy design and modification , and make a lot of comparative tests , the PROFI control scheme and the original control scheme without sewing together , the system has higher stability and the dynamic response characteristics , to improve unit efficiency goals.
