By analyzing the essence of technology evolution, discover the relationship between science and technology. Under the perspective of technology evolution, according to the character of network technology, systematically analyses the security of network, study the essence of network security, exhaustively analyses and introspects the character of network technology and security. It enhances the comprehending of essence of technology and security. This discourse describes:The study of network security under the perspective of technology evolution, induce that the essence of security is rational import of "abnormal".
