With the arrival of information technology society, people pay more attention on the multimedia teaching fusion. But because of the particularity of the kindergarten, it is quite different from primary and secondary school. The advantages of multimedia teaching are obvious, under the slogan of promoting and popularity the CAI in social circles, what is the current situation and problems still exists in implementing, all these need we concern.For this, the author has an investigation on the CAI of the current situation based on the kindergartens of Changchun. The author adopts various methods such as questionnaire, observation and interview. On this base obtains conclusion and finally puts forward countermeasures to promote multi-media teaching in kindergartens.The basic frameworks of this paper are as follows:Part 1: The introduction. This part is the foundation of the paper, referring to the raise of the issue, literature review, research methods and objects, values in both theory and practice, which provides solid theoretical basis and guideline of this paper.Part 2: The current situation of CAI of kindergarten’s teaching. The analysis respectively illustrates from three aspects including: hardware facilities, usage of multimedia, the people( teachers)who use multimedia.Part 3: The existing problems of CAI of kindergarten teaching. According to the author’s understanding on the current situation, proposed several problems of CAI of kindergarten teaching. Mainly includes: Backwardness of hardware facility; Lack of suitable teaching multimedia software; low skillful teachers on operation and making courseware of multimedia, inadequate awareness of multimedia function; no reflecting of the dominant position of children completely, and the lack of interactive activities etc.Part 4: The countermeasures of Computer Assisted Instruction of kindergarten’s teaching. Aiming at the existing problems put forward some corresponding countermeasures. Mainly includes: increasing investment, strengthen hardware facilities is premise; Invest necessary manpower, increase software development is the guarantee; Strengthening teacher training, improve the teachers’ skills are support; Fully excavating function, promote children’s development is target.
