Abstract


In the 21st century, China’s information construction has made great achievements, but the information construction in China compared with developed countries, there is still some gaps. Learning from the experience and technology from developed countries and promote the china’s information modernization is an urgent task. Computer technology has penetrated into every aspect of society, it has changed the traditional management style, improve efficiency, standardize the work flow.With the further reform of vocational education, the scale of students expanded and credit system’s implementation has brought the new difficult problem for university’s teaching material management .How to improve efficiency, standardize the management process has become an important research topic. At present some school’s teaching material management still uses the manual record or EXCEL and so on simple tool to operate. This backward management and the management tool already could not meet the general teachers’ and students’ need. Network management system of teaching materials will be inevitable trend of development.Because the Information Construction can enhance the school management level, improving efficiency, standardizing work processes, to form a better soft power, so the school has expanded the campus information construction investment .material management system is one of important items. The system uses C/S mode and B/S mode combination, provides relevant information services for the teacher and the student. In the C/S mode developed under the management of client materials, to achieve the daily management. In the B/S mode, achieving materials related information to query, print and other functions for teacher and student. Because the school original educational management system does not have the teaching material management subsystem, so this system bases on the original educational management system for secondary develop. In order to perfectly link together material management subsystem and the educational management system, this system uses the Delphi development platform, SQL Server 2000 database to develop. WEB part uses ASP technology to develop. I mainly complete the development of materials management subsystem for administrator.This article through to the materials management system’s background and current development status of the analysis, the main problem to be solved, and should achieve goal. According to my actual operation of materials management, I complete the system requirement analysis, design and implementation.After the overall system realizes, the function consummates, the operation convenience, the interface friendly, can meet the function demanded of the material management.
