Abstract


Chongqing Neide industry Ltd.co is a company which researches and produces special automobile and accessory and provides solutions for army, government and automobile producer. With the fast growth, it is more difficult to manage and meet the customer’s needs. Customer requires information much more fast than before. Hence, it is necessary to make use of IT technology to automate the marketing, customer service and finance.The thesis describes how to design and implement a CRM system for Chongqing Neide industry Ltd.co. At first, the thesis introduces the developing trend of CRM system, and then put forward some popular solutions and technology. Secondly, it designs seven functional modules in terms of company’s special business flow and requirements. At last, the CRM system has been validated by system testing
