Hundred years of the development of human rights, though the notion of human rights has continuously accepted or has internalized as human beings’lifestyle, it’s not difficult for us to discover that the state quo of human rights is far below the ideal condition.What’s more, the form of trampling of human rights emeges in an endless stream. Besides nations, other main bodies of violating human rights appear.So after the Second World War, the protections of human rights have been more and more world-wide concerned by international society, which have become an important problem of the research of the modern International Criminal Law. From then on,the issue of human rights has comprehensively entered into the field of International Criminal Law and declared the arrival of one milestone of developmental history of human rights in the world.The object and purpose of International Criminal Law should be unified in fighting international crime and protection of human rights. Furthermore, the protection of human rights should act as its primary object and purpose. In modern terms, the protection of human rights protection involves both domestic and international protection.Some of the existing system of international criminal law have protected and safeguarded human rights of victims and the accused.From two aspects of both substantive and procedural provisions, the International Criminal Law has stipulated provisions to protect the suspected and defendants. The International Criminal Law for the protection of human rights is not a panacea, it could not cover all aspects of the protection of human rights. So in International Criminal Law, Crime provision of the protection of human rights will become increasingly sound. From now on, protection of human rights advances new task for us, especially in the condition that Chinese government raises the form of administration based on human beings and the aim of constructing a humorous society, which is a new opportunity for the improvement of China’s regime of protection of human rights. The starting point of human-oriented humorous society is the respect for human rights. Only after the human rights has been protected comprehensively, can reflect the ideal status of human-oriented and humorous society. Taking China’s reality into consideration, China has stepped into the epoch of human rights, yet a perfect protection regime not established in this primary stage. Of course, what the author aims to do is not the establishment of a system of the protection regimeof human rights in China, but tries to make clear how did the related protection regime of human rights in the world establish and work, mainly the international ones and regional ones, governmental ones and non-governmental ones.In conclusion, the author mainly analyses the nature of the international regime of human rights protection. We should lucidly understand it and sticks to our standpoint in the international dialogues about human rights.
