Abstract


The new curriculum reform to teacher professional development put forward the appeal, cooperation is to promote the effective way of teachers’ professional development, curriculum decision-making level of improving teachers’ professional development when the important symbol of the discussing cooperation teachers curriculum decision-making has important theoretical and practical significance. This study used qualitative research on the case study method, a primary school teacher curriculum decision-making cooperation in the basic situation of the investigation.This article chooses the three typical teacher in the cooperation of teacher curriculum decision-making as the main research problems, including preparing teachers curriculum decision-making of collective discussion class activities, view class the teacher curriculum decision-making and tutorial system in the teacher curriculum decision-making, aims to reveal different ways of cooperation and cooperation for the quality of teacher curriculum decision-making influence situation.This paper the conclusion is: the teacher curriculum decision-making lectures emerges aimed at creating a coherent plan, in order to unify and standardize the teacher’s teaching behavior; View class discussion in class teacher curriculum decision-making study of teachers focus on the development potential and achieve teachers’ self-surpass and professional ascension; Tutorial system by the teacher curriculum decision-making results master individual factors, has tendentiousness; Teachers cooperative quality affect teachers curriculum decision-making level. With the conclusion obtained, this paper puts forward several Suggestions: To overcome the negative influence of different ways of cooperation;Creating harmonious perfect campus cooperation culture; Give teachers more curriculum decision-making power; Improving teachers’ curriculum decision-making ability.
