Abstract


With the continuous progress of university information system construction, the requirements of automation, networking, standardization in university information management system have become the focus of colleges and unviersities.How to establish a information management system based on campus network environment and suited for colleges characteristics is an important step in university information construction.The teacher information management system is the base and important part of university information construction.The paper adopts MVC development model and Struts framework technologies implements a management of teacher information among the teaching room of school, it overcomes the default that teacher information management system run on a single computer and data information can not be shared. Statistics analysis displays of the teachers information and the generatement of the forms can be implemented automatically.All data information used in this system adopts the model of dynamic management. And this system posses a certain function of intelligence analysis.The paper take into account the problem of reducing data redundancy, and data consistency problems are also resolved effectively through the program. Results are submitted in the form with the package which was installed on the server of the school’s Office of Academic Affairs, realizing data sharing with the existing Education Management System.of the scientific teacher information management system and effective operational mechanism are established in this paper. The implementation and application of this system will have a positive significance on teaching reform and improve education quality. Also, it provides a information security of high quality and efficiency for relevant leading departments accessing to information timely and making scientific decision. The result shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of managing system for information of teachers can satisfy with the design requirements.
