With the development and popularity of information technology in various industries, more and more people take attention to the computer technology and applications. The National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE), as a socially oriented examination system, is used for testing the computer knowledge and ability level of the candidates. The number of candidates increased year by year. However, the information management system applied in the NCRE is poor, and need to be improved at present. For instance, many registration points are still using simple stand-alone program for information input. This will take many disadvantages, such as bringing inconvenience to the candidates, reducing the efficiency of the staff, making against information management and maintenance.Based on analyzing the current examination management registration system, we designed and developed an improved NCRE examination management registration system with JSF+Seam+Hibernate architecture, including online candidate information management, online bulletin management, candidate’s online registration, results query, as well as online registration management module.With the deploying of NCRE examination management registration system, the effient of NCRE is improved, reduce the staff’s workload, and bring convenience of candidates.
