Abstract


with the rapid development of campus networks and communicationtechnology,moreover with the update of digitalization and networking in education conceptswithin universities.It is an important means to improve office business efficiency byinformation digitalization and networking transformation.The development and application ofoffice automation system has become the main direction of school developmentplanning.Information system is used to help people in daily work; at the same time,it canbring grate change:to improve effiency,to save operating costs,to standardize units ofmanagement and to adapt to continuous changes in office business requirements.The article first introduced the concept of workflow and Workflow ManagementSystem,imported the JBPM workflow technology.JBPM is a lightweight workflowmanagement system based on J2EE which can be integrated with SSH2architecture and offerfunctions of process definition,deployment,execution, management and so on. At the sametime,based on the workflow and the JBPM platform builds a stability of the system’s overallarchitecture,realizes the low coupling between system level and process the separation oflogic and business logic,to improve the reusability,extensibility and maintainability of thesystem.Second,through the demand analysis of the difficulty of colleges and universitiesstudent recognition system,this article determines the research target of the system.The paperfirstly analysis three popular web framework:struts2,spring,hibernate.From top to drag thesystem will be divided into the view layer,model layer,persistence layer and databaselayer.The view layer and control layer using the struts2framework,model layer using thespring framework,persistence using hibernate framework,with the spring frameworkintegrating struts2and hibernate framework,set up the basis for the rest of thearchitecture.Struts2is a framework which applies idea of webwork in key design and alsoadopts some advantages of struts1. It is a MVC framework which is compatible to bothstruts1and webwork and it divides information system into levels,so that coupling of systemis decreased and at the same time expansibility is increased,Spring is a light weightcontainer,which uses IOC to inplement coupling relationship injections among componentsso that coupling relationship among components can be minimized and components can bereused easily.Hiberante is a framework for objects relationship mapping,which can implement mapping of java class to database table(or database table to java class).In thisway,developers can manipulate database in idea of oriented object programming,easily switchbetween the realization or heterogeneous database.
