Abstract


Currently colledges usually use the Web-based evaluation information systems,including the colledge teachers evaluation subsystem.Through which,experts、peers and students could make evaluation,suggesting and complete statistics instaneously.We can also reduce the barden of management and play a transient "teacher interaction" effect.However, web-based evaluation management system needs the support of the Internt and computer, the requiment of hardware is relatively might and less converient.At present,relatively practical mobile devides can be applied to the evalution system.Gradually it becomes the Mobile evaluation system.During a lot of evalutation systems,mobile evaluation system, rwith its largest customer groups and the most convenient services, catches many people’s attention. SMS and WAP are methods of mobile evaluation system.This paper analyzes the advantages of mobile evaluation and the disadvantages of the mathord of mobile evaluation. Then proposes the design and realization of newborn mobile evaluation system based on J2ME/J2EE.J2ME is the best development platform for mobile applicant client, while J2EE is a distributed server environment belongs to JAVA system. Mobile evaluation system is the combination of J2ME,J2EE and HTTP.
