Abstract


In resent years, with the rapid development of information technology society as a whole. A large information network worldwide emerged. The traditional method has been in office is not suitable for office needs, there is a urgent need for the emergence of office automation. There are large improvements in office efficiency, reasonable arrangements for office than the original order, however, how to build a reasonable platform for office automation do? Just from this question, this article design and make a implementation of an office automation system base on Structs, Hibernate, Spring Framework for J2EE technology, which meets the needs of office automation.System bases on MVC development model and take the advantages of Structs, Hibernate, Spring framework , builting Structs + Hibernate + Spring integration framework. first of all, to achieve the system’s overall design we should make an analysis of office automation system , using the OA system function menu list describes the system features , using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to conduct a specific analysis of the system, drawing the system use case diagram, designing system function modules and databases. And then we make the detailed design, In detailed design we described the implementation of framework. Structs framework take charge of the implementation of control layer. The lightweight ORM framework Hibernate open source technology and DAO Design Pattern have been used in persistence layer. Spring with the IOC and AOP technology has been used in persistence layer and Business Logic layer for management of objects and supply services for web-based applications such as transaction management. And then make an explanation of the realization of the main function modules, which explain the modules of short messages, etc. At last we make a test of the system.After the complement of the system, we can make a well improvement of the efficiency, The system implementation of the system is a integrated software system development process. It involved the theory and implementation methods of Web application design and software engineering, and combined with the development of the framework of today’s mainstream technology and design. It basically covers requirements of office management involved in day. And achieve the basic routine of the office automation, has a strong versatility.
