Abstract


With rapid development of science and technology,especially late half past 20 centuries,with knowledge-base economy and the inflormation society arrival,the connotation of innovation for science and technology change at every the turn,innovation marching from the tradition linearity pattem successive steps to systematization and network.In the background of international cornpetition and economy globalization and market-oriented accelerates flunher,take structuring or perflecting regional innovation as important means, build the atmosphere being innovative,arouse the vigor being innovative,improve the efficiency of innovation and strengthen the ability of innovation.Racing to control science and technology high land and develop economy competition have become all the countries and all localities especially the developed country and newly industrializing countries(area)keep and continue expanding important competition connotation.Building regional innovation has become an important component of the trategy in all countries(area)This article mainly use comparison method,analysis method and demonstration method,start with to analyzing the current situation and problem of Jiangxi province regional innovation.Ascertain the funcIion and target of Jiangxi province regional innovation.Then to table a proposal on regional innovation pattem choice and institution arrangement of Jiangxi province.
