Abstract


Currently, social credit system construction in our country is being at the start stage. The related organizations guide the use of the differences, a lack of norms, and the needs of unifying of the standardization of credit evaluation indicator system of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). Therefore acceleration of the construction of the standardization of credit has become the urgent affairs of the moment. Unified and thorough credit evaluation system can reduce credit risk and business cost of commercial banks, reduce financing difficulty of SMEs, rule the development of credit rating industry, promote the harmonious development of regional economy in our country. So we choose to study the standardization of credit evaluation indicator system of SMEs in China.We pay attention to use international experience for reference and take domestic actuality into account. We analyze main problems existed after the study of the actuality of domestic credit evaluation indicator system of SMEs in related organizations, and use their experiences for reference after compare of credit evaluation indicator system of S&P, Moody’s and D&B, then construct the frame of standardized credit evaluation indicator system of SMEs from business indicator, financial indicator and willingness of reimbursement indicator with the guidance of principles of standardization and taking credit character of SMEs in our country into account, and put forward opinions about method of marking, referring criteria and grade determining mechanism. At last, we educe the primary standardized financial indicator system through exploring of the standardization of financial indicator by empirical analysis, and validate some problems about credit evaluation indicator system of SMEs in domestic related organizations such as low validity, miscellaneous indicators and lack of norms, and validate the necessary of construction of special credit evaluation indicator system for SMEs. But we just study about a part of the standardization of credit evaluation indicator system of SMEs, there are still many related problems worthy of being continue researched.In methodological innovation, we put forward standardization principles of credit evaluation indicator system in our country, especially the principle of promotion on the harmonious development of regional economy and giving attention to both the whole country and regions, high among low ends of the grading method to part of financial indicators which exists the most suitable value, using different regional or national reference standard to the different types of financial indicators. In the application of innovation, we introduce indicator: receivables/core business income, and verify the effectiveness of the indicator higher, and we apply statistical methods including paired-sample t test, cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis to financial indicators standardized selection of SMEs, and educe standardized financial indicator system including eight indicators which have no significant collinearity and are effective.
