Abstract


In the recent 20 years, the telecommunication industry developed rapidly in china.Overall opening telecommunication market and diversified competition structure bring the telecom operation enterprise good development opportunity and rigorous challenge. The business process management and the constitution of the internal organization structure have important function to the enterprise management.In recent years, the telecommunication management forum (TMF) summarize international advanced the telecom operation enterprise practice and manages theories, and give a whole programming of enterprise internal activity and process to the electronic commerce ages information and the correspondence service and telecom operation enterprise inner part of activity,organization structure,business process.The TOM' dissertation">eTOM has an aggressive propulsion function to the telecom operation enterprise in China, which is changing from traditional"omnipotent business enterprise" to modern business enterprise with core competencies.In this thesis, I will expatiate the basic principles of eTOM,and give an ensample to tell how to use eTOM in process design of telecom operation enterprise.
