Abstract


City Commercial Circle is an important carrier of commerce. Its development has great significance on elaborating the whole function of commerce and its social effect, advancing urbanization process and driving national economy development. Recent years, the plan of commercial circle of middle-to-small city has been gradually paid value, but still in short of support of system theory. It has been the mail puzzle of related government parts and enterprises. In this thesis, we will study the main factors influencing the layout of commercial circle, supply theory and technological basis for seeking scientific method of the layout of commercial circle.On theory, this thesis has a breakthrough to traditional theory on the definition and classification. Basing on conforming western commercial circle theory, it makes an overall study on the influencing factors of commercial circle from time and spatial angle and establishes a 3D dynamic model, supplements the flaw of western theory of static analysis and simple factor analysis, enriches our theory of commercial circle to some degree.Demonstration research makes the 2006 layout and plan of commercial circle of Ningxiang city in Hunan Province as a stylebook. From 3D angle, we analysis three basic problems as location, scale and target and three structural problems as layout of commercial circle, industry form and technology, supply theory basis for the macro-instructions of Ningxiang government.This research shows: Firstly, the system environment has the biggest influence on the layout of commercial circle of middle-to-small city, so during practical layout, we must make precondition of city-development, economy plan and district industry layout. Secondly, external environments and internal growth are the two mail factors influencing the development of commercial circle, thus to say that the development of commercial circle is the result of the correlation of traditional internal business and external environments. So, when we put endeavor to build good condition for the development of commercial circle, we should value on enhancing all sorts of abilities of the internal of commercial circle. Using the 3D model, we specially proposed detailed measures of giving full play of government’s macro-guidance and encouraging enterprises to enter the commercial circle in middle-to-small city.
