Abstract


With the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy,knowledge is becoming the most valuable assets which can bring benefit for both organizations and individuals.In order to get knowledge assets,people must master the skill of knowledge management and build the system of personal knowledge management. The efficiency of personal knowledge management is related to the mature ideas and the advanced tools.Web2.0 influences the development of traditional internet industry, but also promotes the development of the theory and practice of knowledge management.Web2.0’s idea,theory and application can make up for the deficiency of conventional ideas and tools of personal knowledge management,and web2.0 can be used as a favorable knowledge management platform.By developing the traditional concept,the paper proposes a new view for personal knowledge which means "opening and win-win".Instead of studying personal knowledge management based on one of the web2.0’s technology or application,the paper analyses the necessity and the feasibility of web2.0 being a platform for personal knowledge management from three aspects:theory,idea and realization.By studying the pattern of personal knowledge management in a web2.0 environment,this paper proposed a new model for personal knowledge management based on Knowledge Chain.All of the above are the new ideas of this paper.The thesis is divided into five parts as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the study at home and abroad on the personal knowledge management based on web2.0,and also introduced the reason why this topic is chosen,means of research and innovation of this paper.At the same time,a frame diagram given shows the structure of the paper.The second chapter started from the definition of knowledge,then introduces systemic theory of personal knowledge management including definition,necessity, principle,target of personal knowledge management.In this section,a new idea of personal knowledge management is proposed,and this paper takes this new idea as theoretical foundation. According to the definition,characteristic,theory,applications of web2.0 and the defects of conventional ideas and tools of personal knowledge management,the third chapter makes an analysis of the necessity and the feasibility for the integration of web2.0 and personal knowledge management.By analyzing the pattern of personal knowledge management in the web2.0 environment and personal knowledge management based on applications of web2.0, the fourth chapter presents a new model of personal knowledge management in the web2.0 environment based on Knowledge Chain.The last chapter gives a summary of all the work done in this thesis,and objectively analyzes the insufficiency of this paper.
