Studies on Biodegradation of Nitrobenzene with Microorganism from Songhua River

This article carries on an investigation into the degradation of nitrobenzene with indigenous sediment microorganism from Songhua River. In this research, we cultivate and domesticate nitrobenzene resistant microorganisms, finally obtain four kinds of microorganisms, a strain of Actonomyces, a strain of mould, and two strains of bacteria. Then we use the four kinds of microorganism mentioned above to do the experiments in 48 hours under the condition of 30℃,60r:Co-substrate single microorganism degrading nitrobenzene;Co-substrate mixed microorganisms degrading nitrobenzene;Microorganism degrades nitrobenzene using nitrobenzene as only carbon source;Microorganism degrades nitrobenzene using nitrobenzene as only nitrogen source;Microorganism degrades nitrobenzene using nitrobenzene as only carbon and nitrogen source;It uses Gas chromatographic to test the changed quantity of nitrobenzene in the Medium that culture the microorganisms, simultaneous, it detects some degradation Products which detect at 2.0min、2.2min、5.9min、6.0min、7.4min.The results indicate that: by high-concentration nitrobenzene domesticating, indigenous sediment microorganism from Songhua River can become high-tolerance species, and they can degrade nitrobenzene into other organic compounds, the degradation products can be further degraded.This article discusses some factors which maybe cause the change of nitrobenzene quantity, considers there still many aspects need to investigate:1 Recollection of nitrobenzene in culture medium;2 Phy-Che character changing of culture medium;3 Investigate of microorganism growth, adsorption and release nitrobenzene;4 Identifing microorganism;5 Investigate the fittest growth and degration condition;6 Analysis the degradation product, conclude the mechanism of degration ;7 Investigate pivotal enzyme and enzyme systerm in degration;8 Investigate synergism and antagonism effect;9 Cultivate Anaerobic microorganism.
