Abstract

This article introduced the softswitch technology’s concept and the network architecture, and comply with the time development to carry on the solid net softswitch flattening the implementation, and the corresponding to the softswitch bearing network optimization, guaranteed that the network is safer, provides various service platform for the user, and increases system’s redundant ability.The article is mainly with emphasis based on the Hebei telecommunication existing exchange network situation proposed that the PSTN softswitch flattening reorganizes the plan. The article will base on the Hebei telecommunication IP net present net, according to the service need to develop and the higher authority group company to the network development request, introduced the equipment adjustment and the network adjustment plan and the implementation mentality in detail.
