Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher vocational education in jiangsu province has made rapid development of higher education in jiangsu province, occupy the important position. Higher vocational colleges from areas of southern the basic conditions of school, because at the development is short, the school in each aspect, there are many problems. As the important component of school physical in southern jiangsu, higher vocational colleges in sports team construction there are still some shortage. Therefore, the comprehensive further understanding of the sunan region construction situation of higher vocational colleges sports teams, seriously analyzes vocational colleges restricted areas of southern team construction and development in the main factors, reveal the higher vocational colleges in southern jiangsu sports team the main problems existing in the construction, so as to higher vocational colleges in south jiangsu sports team construction, and puts forward the development of the corresponding improvement countermeasures.This paper by using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, method of mathematical statistics, logic analysis, case analysis and other methods, the higher vocational college sports teams in south jiangsu current construction situation of investigation and study, the results of the study show that: (1) the higher vocational colleges in south jiangsu sports team goal to school level is given priority to, positioning is lower; (2) in southern jiangsu higher vocational college sports teams in track and field, basketball and other major project is given priority to, individual colleges have their own characteristics team; (3) the coach team with young teachers mainly, the structure of the educational level, professional title structure present excellent structuring low, the coach of scientific research, foreign language, such as computers, strong ability to accept the training opportunities, employment and promotional less imperfect incentive; (4) single source, whole sports athletes competitive level is low, weeks training too few times, each time the training time partial short, plasticity, sports team level space bigger, prominent contradictions between learning; (5) training ground equipment to meet demand, basic training training fund shortage and single source. In view of the above problems and puts forward the development countermeasures are as follows: (1) keep higher vocational colleges and orientation of consistency; (2) projects should seize the whole, facing the global; (3) make a high quality the coach team; (4) for athletes to create a good learning and training environment; (5) improve the construction of sports team based security; (6) reference brother institutions mature build team experience.
