Abstract


Semiconductor technology have been developing rapidly, and integrated circuit technology and a few years ago by 0.25 um up to the present and nm process, and then bring minimum size reduction, wafer can be integrated chip number increasing, and then bring the design complexity, reliability and cost and so on various aspects of the problem. This paper based on CMOS 65 nm process, this paper introduces a mainly by transconductance amplifier a buffer design, it applied to HDMI consumer electronic control. The thesis describes the integrated circuit product a complete process and technical updates, concrete including circuit frame structure choice, front end design and simulation verification, to back end physical layout implementation, as well as the flow sheet results validated; Then how about this design in higher technology, with more small area and lower the cost of implementation, so as to reflect the Moore's law as set forth in the semiconductor chip development trend. The paper also tells the story of deep sub-micron integrated circuit design some points, solving the experience and advanced technology, and the deep submicron process layout design of the key problems such as WPE, STI explanations and in engineering treatment.
