Abstract


In order for development and extension of wine lees bio-organic fertilizer, the paperdeals with the effects of wine lees bio-0rganic fertilizers which were fermented by goodmicrobial agents on lettuce and cowpea using field plot experiment on the basis of the pastexperments. The main results were reported as follows:1. Wine lees bio-organic fertilizer could increase net photosynthetic rate and transpirationrate in functional leaves of lettuce, and the content of chlorophyll in functional leaves oflettuce in early growth stage, but there were not significant effects on Stomatal conductanceand intercellular CO2 concentration in functional leaves of lettuce.Wine lees bio-organicfertilizer could enhance the activities of nitrate reductase(NR) in functional leaves and rootsystem of lettuce, and decrease the contents of nitrate and inferior nitrate in functional leavesof lettuce.Compared with the treatment of chemical fertilizer, the nitrate reductase(NR)activities of functional leaves were increased by 21.46%, 51.89%, 21.83% respectively onFebruary 25.2. Wine lees bio-organic fertilizer could promote the growth of lettuce, increase theyields in esculent part of lettuce and quality in functional leaves of lettuce. Compared with thetreatment of chemical fertilizer, the yields of lettuce by applying wine lees bio-organicfertilizer A, B and C were increased by 10.95%, 1.04%, 1.58% respectively.Wine leesbio-organic fertilizer could increase the contents of Vc and soluble sugar, and decrease thecontents of coarse fiber and non-protein nitrogen, but there was not significant effect on thecontents of total nitrogen, protein nitrogen and free amino acid in functional leaves of lettuce.Compared with the treatment of organic fertilizer, the contents of coarse fiber of lettuce byapplying wine lees bio-organic fertilizer A, B and C were fell by 17.80%, 16.97%, 15.44%respectively.3. Wine lees bio-organic fertilizer could enhance net photosynthetic rate, intercellularCO2 concentration and the contents of chlorophyll in functional leaves of cowpea, but therewas not significant effect on stomatal conductance in functional leaves of cowpea.Wine leesbio-organic fertilizer could increase the nitrate reductase(NR) activities in functional leavesand root system and elevate root TTC reductive intensity. Compared with the treatments oforganic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer, root TTC reductive intensity of cowpea by applyingwine lees bio-organic fertilizer were increased by 18.26%, 20.49% respectively.on July 24.Wine lees bio-organic fertilizer could promote the growth and increase the quality inesculent part of cowpea.Compared with the treatments of active organic fertilizer, organicfertilizer and chemical fertilizer, the yields of cowpea by applying wine lees bio-organicfertilizer were increased by 3.42%, 16.64%, 2.45% respectively.Wine lees bio-organicfertilizer could increase the contents of Vc, soluble sugar and total nitrogen, and decrease thecontents of nitrate and inferior nitrate in esculent part ofcowpea, but there was not significanteffect on the contents of coarse fiber, non-protein nitrogen and protein nitrogen in esculentpart of cowpea.5. Wine lees bio-organic fertilizer could promote soil enzyme activities.Wine leesbio-organic fertilizer could increase the activities of soil erease and soil phosphatase in middlegrowth stage.Compared with the treatments of active organic fertilizer and chemicalfertilizer, the activities of soil erease by applying wine lees bio-organic fertilizer wereincreased by 8.73%, 33.35% respectively on July 24.Compared with the treatments of activeorganic fertilizer, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer, the activities of soil phosphataseby applying wine lees bio-organic fertilizer were increased by 6.71%, 12.22%, 92.03%respectively on August 6.There was not significant effect on the activities of soil catalase.
