Abstract


The insurance agent system has been developed deeply since it was brought in china from AIA of the USA, which make the whole society know more about insurance knowledge. Soon more and more people crowded into this industry, that made the insurance agent a hot choise for carrer. The scale of the insurance industry became much bigger. However recently, many professers and officers who are related payed more attention to the problem which is the low subsistence ratio of the insurance agent. The average subsistence ratio of the insurance agent in China is just almost 30%, which is considered to be over low. This kind of situation caused a series of chain reaction. It decreased not only the scale of insrance premium from the agent channel, but also the stability of the company even the whole insurance market. The factors which caused the low subsistence ratio mainly represent in the training system for the insurance agent and the agent system itself. This kind of situation should be settled immediately. According to the principle of long-term, selective and discontinue, we must reform the agent. system and increase the earning of the agent, so that they can supply their sevice for a long time. Only when the subsistence ratio of the insurance agent is improved, the market could develop healthily.The article is based on academic research, at the same time which combines the actual working experiences and market data releted with it. The subsistence ratio of the insurance agent is the masterstroke of the article, which makes whole structure logistic. The main point of the article is showing the factors of the low subsistence ratio of the insurance agent and the key words is how to figure it out. The coming up of " pie theory for the training of insurance agent" is the innovative part of the article. The advantage of this article is the manipulation of the countermeasure. However, the disadvantage is that the data analysis is limited to the Dalian market because of the lack of the country market. Besides, the expression is not as standard as the insurance theory in respect that the contents are more close to the practise.
