Abstract


Shanghai farms audience has 5200 hectares of arable land, 800 hectares of water aquaculture, 3000 hectares of forest land, has been formed green rice production, rice and wheat seed production, pig breeding, aquaculture production base. Farms on the one hand by promoting large-scale, intensive management of agricultural development of the enterprise, and vigorously develop efficient agriculture-based quality branded products, pollution-free food, initially formed a relatively complete and powerful industry chain and industry groups. On the other hand, it is also faced with how to further improve the efficiency of resource use, and the development of clean production, improve the market competitiveness of agricultural products, and to strengthen environmental and resource building. This article apply system engineering and system evaluation method to evaluate the level of development of the agricultural cycle Shanghai farms 1996-2005, agriculture farms cycle engineering design analysis and evaluation, thus discern the motives of the field of agricultural development cycle and obstacles factor, as agricultural development cycle key construction projects provide the basis for certain guiding significance of promote farms high goals of sustainable development. Actual papers based on the circulation of agricultural connotation farm, build a farm evaluation system for agricultural development cycle. The evaluation index system, including the level of agricultural production, resource input minimization, recycling of resources, environmental resources, construction of the four major categories of the 12 indicators. The evaluation showed that the farm level of agricultural production was continuously improve the situation, the evaluation index rose from 1996 of 0.4494 to 0.9022 in 2005, the main motivation is the development of pig breeding; the resources invested reduction indicators, the 1996 and 1997 targets higher value, 1998 fell to the lowest, and later was an increasing trend; resource recycling, commodity organic fertilizer usage increased in recent years and the development of rice-processing industry, is conducive to enhancing the level of resource recycling, but play a major role the straw rate fluctuations, leading indicators of the level of volatile recycling of resources, the increasing trend is obvious; environmental resources building, the forest coverage is increasing year by year, from 5.38% in 1996 to 11.17% in 2005, played a positive role in the development of the agricultural cycle. Comprehensive evaluation of the level of farm agricultural development cycle of four categories of indicators, rising from 0.61 in 2005 to 0.46 in 1996. Development plan based on the farm, the farm pig production scale will dramatically increase the outstanding problems of agricultural development cycle pig breeding waste treatment and resource utilization. To this end, the paper also analyzes the farms cycle agriculture engineering programs and is expected to comprehensive benefits.
