Along with the fast development of networking and information technology, the network teaching was powerful supplement to the traditional class teaching. In overseas, Outstanding open-source teaching platform such as Moodle, Sakai, Claroline, Bodinton appear successively.The course "Homepage Design And Manufacture", the computer-specialized classes, contains many operational knowledge and great application skill. It is pre-course of the“dynamic homepage design and the manufacture”curriculum. According to its characteristic, the constructing network teaching platform, will be more helpful to long-distance study.Through extensive reading of related literature and investigation, main research background, contents and methods are elaborated. The characteristics and function of network teaching platform are summarized. The function module and building steps of Moodle-based teaching platform are illustrated. the theoretical basis of Moodle teaching platform is analyzied. Based on Moodle teaching platform, the online learning system on“Web design and making”is designed and implemented. The further future study is discussed.The thesis uses the existing campus network frustration, with the constructivism theory of learning as its foundation, uses the SCORM standard, designs and implements the online study system for homepage design and the manufacture curriculum. Through the Moodle platform, sharing the curriculum resource, the teachers are possible to carry on track and management, the students can carry on the online synchronized study, the asynchronous study, the cooperation study and the independent appraisal. The effect of study is promoted.
