Abstract

This test uses the traditional method of isolation and culture and DGGE molecular fingerprint technology , different concentrations Jinapulong , Duo Kefu , bacteria grams poison grams and Celest four kinds of the Seed Coating processing conditions under soybean rhizosphere microbial growth and decline and genetic diversity, has been the difference between the the rhizosphere microbial quantity under different processing conditions and DNA sequence diversity and Seed Coating on soil microbial soil for the further development of rational drug use measures , adjust microbial communities , to maintain a harmonious , stable and healthy state to provide a scientific basis , to improve the yield and quality of crops . The main conclusions of this study are as follows : 1 . Are Jinepulong and Duo Kefu promote the soybean rhizosphere microbial proliferation , promoting the rate of 0.81% to 178.54% , the strongest the in concentration Jinapulong role , promoting the rate of 178.54 percent , low concentration Duo Kefu promotion role , followed by promoting the rate of 102.91 percent , the role of the high concentration Duo Kefu weakest promote the rate of 0.81% ; different concentrations of bacteria grams toxic grams and the soybean rhizosphere microorganisms Celest , high , when the concentration of bacteria grams poison grams and Celest inhibit soybean rhizosphere microbial proliferation , low concentrations of bacteria grams poison grams and Celest promote soybean rhizosphere microbial proliferation . 2. Test early, four kinds of seed coating agent to promote the propagation of the soybean rhizosphere fungi and actinomycetes bacteria , inhibit the propagation of the soybean rhizosphere diazotrophs , reducing the number of nodules , as time goes on , these effects of the treatment group returned to normal levels . 3.4 kinds of seed coating agents on the soybean rhizosphere bacterial genetic diversity there is a certain degree of impact . Prophase , bacteria grams poison grams and Celest increase the soybean rhizosphere bacterial genetic diversity index , Jinepulong , and Duo Kefu reduce the diversity index . Test late , four kinds of seed coating agents on soybean rhizosphere bacterial diversity returned to control levels . With different concentrations of the seed coating soybean rhizosphere bacterial populations are genetically similar. Day 22 , all processing affect the soybean rhizosphere bacterial community structure , after 60 days , this effect gradually disappeared , bacteria gram poisonous grams handle fastest recovery .
