Abstract


In this study, randomly selected Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital the clinical admissions during the orthodontic patients , patients with Modified Dental Anxiety Scale and the State - Trait Anxiety Inventory the former dental anxiety investigate and scoring ; study dental anxiety characteristics of patients with orthodontic pain , the comparative psychological intervention and ibuprofen on orthodontic pain of dental patients with anxiety disorders ( chewing pain, teeth together pain ) treatment effect for orthodontic clinical pain control and in patients with dental anxiety anxiety relief to provide scientific basis. Anxiety before the condition of Orthodontics Patients study by the Modified Dental Anxiety Scale and the State - Trait Anxiety Inventory score; patients from dental anxiety (MDAS ≥ 11) in 60 cases screened positive fixed predetermined inclusion criteria were randomly abnormal patients , 20 patients in each group were randomly divided into blank group ( control group ) , psychological intervention group and the ibuprofen group . By 100mm visual analogue rating scale of fixed appliance in the three groups of patients after 5 days of pain ( pain chewing , teeth the aggregate pain ) level score , compare the treatment effect and statistical analysis . The results showed : of 1.MDAS Scale and STAI questionnaire as a survey tool for dental anxiety , the result can be effectively reflect the patient's dental anxiety levels ; 2 . Orthodontic treatment 28.92% of patients with dental anxiety ; 3 . Psychological intervention group orthodontic pain levels ( chewing pain , pain teeth together ) and ibuprofen group were significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05); ibuprofen group orthodontic pain level below the psychological intervention group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . That have a good effect of psychological intervention and ibuprofen orthodontic pain in patients with dental anxiety ( chewing pain , pain teeth together ) mitigation ; ibuprofen superior to ease the pain of orthodontic patients with dental anxiety psychological intervention .
