Abstract


Intermediary business in the modern commercial banking structure will become more important and significant balance sheet of commercial banks has been and international business, capital securities of the international financial sector development with three major trends. In order to meet the international and domestic financial markets increasingly competitive environment, improve the comprehensive competitiveness, the development of intermediary business has become China's commercial banks inevitable and realistic option. However, China's commercial banks balance sheet business development is still in its infancy, as opposed to Western commercial banks, both in terms of variety of businesses, product level or in other aspects of management means there is a big gap, it is necessary to increase business innovation center efforts to promote the development of intermediary business. Intermediate Business of Commercial Banks Based on the current situation and the West Bank in innovation comparison, China's commercial banking business innovation issues among some thorough research, is very necessary and urgent. Thesis under constraint induced financial innovation theory, averse financial innovation theory, transaction cost theory and other theories innovation to commercial banking business in the middle of the basic concepts and theoretical basis for the development of intermediary business as a starting point, comparing domestic and foreign commercial banks in the overall development of intermediary business basis, the use of time series and panel data analysis methods, chose four macroeconomic variables and three micro-economic variables that affect the state-owned commercial banks factor in the development of intermediary business empirical analysis. Describes the intermediate business and innovative theories, expounded China's commercial banks and the importance of the development of intermediary business risk, analysis of China's Commercial Banks business innovation and development status of commercial banks with Western commercial banks conducted business innovation center comparison, identified by comparing the gap in the successful experience from Western commercial banks, based on the proposed business innovation among specific countermeasures and suggestions. Text is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the topics of significance to the business of commercial banking intermediate review article presents the framework of research ideas and papers. The fourth part of the intermediate business innovation factors affecting econometric analysis. The fifth part from Western commercial banks in the middle of the advanced experience of business innovation and empirical analysis of the conclusions, the middle stage of China's commercial banks, business innovation countermeasures and suggestions.
