Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this experiment is to ischemic preconditioning through animal studies the small intestine can play a protective effect of reduced myocardial infarct size in rats , this protective effect whether the extent of preconditioning is related to the length of time with the small intestine . This protective effect may way whether rats protein kinase C (PKC) , angiotensin II and angiotensin II receptor 1 ( AT 1 < / sub >) level changes . Explore this preconditioning channels are associated with the theory of Chinese medicine meridian pathway . Methods: The rats were randomly divided into five groups ; including three groups A, B, C to establish the rat small intestine ischemic preconditioning model , preconditioning time packet , D group for the sham group , group E control group . Five were made ??24 hours after the rat model of myocardial infarction , take the serum and myocardial tissue model after 24 hours . To determine the protective effect of indicators for myocardial ischemia and infarction area , changes in creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) . Judgment protect pathway indicators are: PKC, ANG Ⅱ level changes in the myocardial tissue , using RT-PCR to detect myocardial tissue of rats AT 1 mRNA expression . Results : the small intestine ischemic preconditioning group than that the preconditioning group reduced myocardial ischemic area and myocardial infarct size ( P <0.05 ) , and preconditioning group and the sham group , the control group can reduce serum CK- MB and cardiac tissue ANG Ⅱ and AT 1 mRNA level (P <0.05), increased PKC content in myocardial tissue ( P <0.05 ) . The degree of change in the small intestine ischemic preconditioning duration . Conclusion : The small intestine of ischemic preconditioning protection myocardial infarction of rats . It can be reduced myocardial infarct size , reducing myocardial injury . Protection of the small intestine ischemia time , with a time - dependent manner .
