Abstract


Currently, in order to increase farmers' income as the core of the new rural development and regional economic coordinated development is the important task of economic development in Jiangsu Province . Finance is the key to modern economic development , economic development is inseparable from the support of the financial imbalance of regional economic development in Jiangsu Province , southern, central and northern regional financial development in rural areas the status quo is not the same , demand determines supply , in-depth study of the regional demand for rural financial characteristics and influencing factors, according to the regional demand for rural financial status quo , to build a harmonious supply of rural finance system , which not only help to improve the income of the farmers , regional economic development in Jiangsu Province, is also important . In this paper, the field survey data were analyzed from the perspective of farmers and rural enterprises perspective on regional demand for rural financial status quo , different levels of regional economic development , regional farmers use of the loan , the loan size , loan encountered difficulties . The financial demand characteristics of the regional rural small and medium-sized enterprises is not the same . In this paper, empirical analysis examined the financial needs of the regional farmers and rural small and medium enterprises influencing factors, empirical results show that , from the perspective of farmers : factors affecting the financial needs of farmers , including age of household head , the head of the household years of education , annual income of rural households and annual household expenses , family arable land . From a business perspective : the economically developed areas in southern Jiangsu enterprises financial needs of the main factors include: business owners affected by years of education and enterprise sales revenue , Su central and northern area businesses financial needs of the influencing factors including: type of business business owners years of education , enterprise total assets and enterprises sales revenue . On this basis , put forward suggestions for the regional development of rural finance .
