Abstract


With China's accession to the WTO, opening up financial markets, as well as affected by the financial crisis, China's inter-bank competition is fiercer than ever before. Chinese banks' ability to survive in the competition and development related to the safety of China's financial system. Therefore, an objective assessment of the competitiveness of China's banking industry listed companies, and to enhance its competitiveness in all aspects of profitability, risk management level and innovation capability to become today's urgent need to address the problem. Objective existence to the of Banking listed companies competitive research background, the main line around the banking sector competitiveness of listed companies, following the general theory, empirical analysis to strategic research ideas, expand specific analysis. Specific ideas in this article: First define the competitiveness, the competitiveness of enterprises and banking concept of competitiveness of listed companies, and the classical theory of industrial competitiveness model and enterprise resource base theory. Secondly, on the basis of principles of constructing follow the banking sector listed companies competitiveness index, this paper established a banking sector listed companies competitiveness evaluation index system and evaluation methods, follow the \three operating principles. Evaluation method, the first use of entropy weight method to determine the weight of the Banking listed company's competitiveness indicators, reuse gray single-level evaluation model to determine the ranking of the banking sector competitiveness of listed companies. Then, an empirical study of China's four state-owned holding large commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks. The results showed that: earnings sexuality, security capabilities and market power are the main factors that affect the reality of the listed companies, competitiveness, corporate governance structure and the incentives and ability to innovate is the main factor to affect the potential competitiveness of the banking sector listed companies ; the strongest overall competitiveness of China Merchants Bank, Industrial Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in the second, the third state-owned holding large commercial banks, state-owned holding in addition to the comprehensive competitiveness of the Industrial and Commercial Bank in the sixth, the other three are all at the bottom; large commercial banks in the reality of the competitiveness and potential competitiveness are positioned in the middle, but in addition to the Industrial and Commercial Bank, the comprehensive competitiveness in the last few. Finally, based on the evaluation results of analysis of the actual situation of the banking sector listed companies in China competitiveness, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve their competitiveness.
