Abstract


Since the financial crisis, the international economic situation and China's foreign trade patterns have undergone some changes. Since the exchange rate reform in July 2005 to implement the currency basket system, the government has not announced a basket of currencies and weights. Currency basket, facing the international monetary system changes, with the depreciation of the dollar, the currency's international status will become increasingly strong impact of the exchange rate, currency international status factors could be considered in building a basket of currencies. Therefore, this article is determined from the economies of scale, the total volume of trade and financial markets, the level of development of the international status of the money factor, to explore the composition of the RMB currency basket, and comparative analysis with the trade volume was built on the currency basket. The first chapter analyzes the exchange rate system since the reform of the international economic situation, as well as changes in the pattern of foreign trade, domestic and foreign currency basket and the research ideas and innovation.
