Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of financial integration, bancassurance as a product of global economic integration and a new type of financial insurance arrangement has become one of the important trend in current internainal financecial industry. Considering from the general developmental circumstances of the developed occidental countries, the integration and collectivization is the direction to bancassurance. Currently, our country’s bancassurance is still in a inferior level with hard problems exiting. Therefore, it has significant realistic meaning to promote the development of china bancassurance by drawing lessons from the occidental countries with the system innovation and the product creation.Based on the research on the specific developmental circumstances of China, the thesis provides an analysis on the current situation and experience between Chinese and western national bancassurance. It brings up the ideas that government will create a favorable environment for the development of bancassurance from the macroscopic aspect, also gives the suggestion that bancassurance should deepen reformation itself to accelerate the development of it at the microscopic aspect to facilitate and promote the further development and cooperation between Chinese bank and insurance industry.Commencing form the related theories on contractual economics, the thesis points out that the bancassurance, as a kind of financial creation, belongs to a kind of contract, the continuous development of bancassurance is just the adjustment and corresponding change for the purpose to reduce cost and enhance efficiency.By the analysis to the developmental circumstances of occidental countries, the article summarizes the universal law of bancassurance, namely:the development of bancassurance is a gradual process of the contract completion and contract evolution, the change of bancassurance should be adapt to the external environments. By the analysis of Chinese present development state on bancassurance, the article reveals the existing problems and reason research based on contract theory.In the end, focus on these points mentioned above, it brings up the strategies to promote development of bancassurance including:the new developing mode creating, perfecting a favorable macro environment, the positive measures it used, etc.
