Abstract


In order to understand the Holstein cows under different rearing methods of the northeast region of energy, protein and minerals, nutritional status, the test bulk Dairy farmers from the Twin Cities area, Qiqihar affluent areas of small dairy farms, Mudanjiang Hailin Farm dairy farming community, Liaoning Zhangwu modern dairy and other cattle were selected early lactation (100d), mid-lactation (100 ~ 200d) and the dry period a total of 211 adult cows and 34 breeding cattle, the detection of blood biochemical indicators and mining the determination of food intake. Using UV spectrophotometer and automatic biochemical analyzer were measured in serum glucose, total protein, albumin, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, blood urea nitrogen, free fatty acids, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium content. Experimental results show that: the different rearing methods cow serum BUN, NEFA, Glu, Alp and P measured values, especially the most sensitive to changes in BUN and NEFA. Dry period bulk milk cows and small cattle breeding cows BUN values ??were 2.14 ± 0.55 mmol / l and 2.18 ± 0.62 mmol / l, cell feeding and intensive rearing cows BUN values ??were 2.91 ± 0.24 and 2.99 ± 0.25 mmol / l, the Dry Period bulk milk cows and small cattle breeding cows BUN values ??significantly lower than cell feeding and intensive rearing cows BUN values ??(p <0.05). The the early lactation scattered Dairy BUN value of 2.13 ± 0.51mmol / l, was significantly lower than other rearing conditions cows BUN values ??(p <0.01), residential and intensive rearing cows BUN values ??were 3.84 ± 0.49mmol / l and 3.30 ± 0.91mmol / l. Cow serum P content is the lowest measured value under intensive conditions, and 1.68 ± 0.15mmol / l was significantly lower than the measured value (p <0.05) in the other feeding conditions. Of scattered 养奶牛 Glu lowest measured value, 2.36 ± 0.28mmol / l, significantly lower than the other way of feeding cows Glu measured values ??(p <0.05). This extensive feeding way, poor quality roughage related. Small cattle farm early lactation and mid-lactation cows were inadequate energy supply, early lactation protein deficiency. The cows residential rearing conditions early lactation cows energy is in short supply. Other period in good nutrition, lack of energy is not, but the whole group of high levels of urea nitrogen, signs of excessive protein. The intensification and cell feeding early lactation cows inadequate energy supply, an adequate supply of protein in each period. Detection cows mineral elements are not lacking. The region's adult Holstein cow serum TP, Alb values ??significantly lower than abroad reported values ??(p <0.05), BUN measured value was significantly higher than the other regions reported values ??(p <0.05), Glu measured values ??with foreign and Shanghai reported no difference between the value of reported values ??(p <0.05) lower than in Taiwan, the P measured values ??and the foreign values ??reported no difference, the measured values ??(p <0.05) higher than other parts of the country. The breeding cattle TP, Glu measured value is higher than the Shanghai region reported value.
